From the moment I walked in, this place was an absolute pleasure. Christina, the manager, already had me signed in and ready to go, which immediately set the tone for an amazing experience. My facial was with Bahura, and she was wonderful. We talked and laughed the entire time, and she truly made the service enjoyable. Next up was my massage with Kyla, and it was fantastic. One of the best massages I’ve had. I especially want to highlight Christina because she truly went above and beyond for me on my birthday. She took the time to look into my account, noticed that I previously had a membership, and genuinely made it her mission to help me. She was the only person out of all the Massage Envy locations who ever did that. Because of her care and dedication, she convinced me to re-sign my membership and I’ll be making it my mission to come to this location only. The owner really needs to give Christina more recognition. She is incredible, and the front desk needs more people like her. Thank you so much, Christina!
